Eurostat: EU27-Iran foreign trade in the year 2025 generated 3,717 million Euro (-21%). The 27 EU coun­­tries ex­por­ted goods worth € 2,967 million Euro (-20%) to Iran and impor­ted goods worth 750 mil­lion Euro (-12%). Ger­­many was the most important EU trade partner of Iran, with a trade volume of 1,181 mil­lion Euro, followed by Italy (579 milli­on Euro) and the Ne­therlands (575 mil­li­on Euro).  

The European Union (EU27) export of goods to Iran in the year 2025 stood at 2,967 mil­­lion Euro, that is 20% less compared to the year 2024. Accor­ding to the latest data by Eurostat, the sta­­tis­tical office of the European Uni­on, 32% of the EU exports to Iran came from Germany that de­livered goods worth 963 million Euro, that was 24% less than in the year 2024. Second (17%) were the Netherlands with exports worth 517 million Euro  (-5%), fol­lowed by Italy (447 million Euro, -15%), France (231 mil­lion Euro, -10%) and Belgium (192 milli­on Euro, -37%).

In the year 2025 the 27 EU countries imported goods worth 750 million Euro from Iran (-12%). Most of the Ira­nian exports to the European Union (29%) went to Germany, which im­ported goods worth 218 million Euro from Iran (+3%) followed by Italy with (132 million Euro, -29%) and Spain (95 million Euro, +8%).
