Eurostat: EU27-Iran foreign trade in the first two month of the year 2025 generated 703 million Euro (-17%). The 27 EU coun­tries ex­por­ted goods worth € 583 million Euro (-17%) to Iran and impor­ted goods worth 120 mil­lion Euro (-17%). Ger­­many was the most important EU trade partner of Iran, with a trade volume of 242 mil­lion Euro, followed the Ne­therlands (92 mil­li­on Euro) and Italy (91 million Euro).

The European Union (EU27) export of goods to Iran from January to February of the year 2025 stood at 583 mil­­lion Euro, that is 17% less compared to the first two month of the year 2024. Accor­ding to the latest data by Eurostat, the sta­­tis­tical office of the European Uni­on, 36% of the EU exports to Iran came from Germany that de­livered goods worth 208 million Euro, that was 14% less than in the first tow month of year 2024. Second (14%) were the Netherlands with exports worth 84 million Euro (+7%) fol­lowed by Italy (74 million Euro, -15%), France  (47 million Euro, -7%) and  Belgium (45 million Euro, +7%).

From January to February 2025 the 27 EU countries imported goods worth 120 million Euro from Iran (-17%). Most of the Ira­nian exports to the European Union (28%) went to Germany, which im­ported goods worth 34 million Euro from Iran (-13%) followed by Spain (21 million Euro, +29%) and Italy with (17 million Euro, -57%).
