Iran’s non-oil trade in the first two month of the year 1402
The latest statistics of the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA) shows that Iran’s foreign trade volume in the first two month of the year 1402 (Mar. 21 – May 19 2023) has reached 15.454 billion US-Dollar, that is 9% less than in the Iranian first two month of the year 1401.
The export volume of non-oil goods (excluding crude oil, fuel oil and kerosene and also without considering exports of luggage trade) in the first two month of the year 1402 valued at 7.513 billion US-Dollar (-14%). China ($ 2,418 million), Iraq ($ 1,228 million), Turkey ($ 835 million), the United Arab Emirates ($ 749 million) and India ($ 331 million) were Iran’s five major export destinations, which accounted for 74% in total.
Iran imported goods valued at 7.941 billion US-Dollar (-5%) in the year 1401. Accordingly, China ($ 2,396 million), the United Arab Emirates ($ 2,313 million), Turkey ($ 903 million), Germany ($ 288 million) and Russia ($ 269 million) together exported 78% of the goods imported by the Islamic Republic of Iran in the first two month of the year 1402.
