Iran’s Non-oil Trade Volume at $ 79 Bln in Eleven Month
The latest statistics of the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA) showed that Iran’s foreign trade volume in the first eleven month of the current Iranian year (Mar. 21 – Feb. 19) has reached $78.537 billion (-1%). The volume of exports of non-oil goods (excluding crude oil, fuel oil and kerosene and also without considering exports out of luggage trade) in the same period valued at $38.597 billion (-4%). China ($8.870 billion), Iraq ($ 8.508 billion), Turkey ($4.961 billion) the United Arab Emirates ($ 4.077 billion) and Afghanistan ($ 2.143 billion) were Iran’s five major export destinations, which accounted for $28.559 billion (77%) in total.
Iran imported goods, valued at $39.940 billion (+2%) in the first eleven months of the current Iranian year, IRICA added. Accordingly, China ($ 10.106 billion), the United Arab Emirates ($ 7.942 billion) Turkey ($ 4.658 billion), India ($ 3.425 billion) and Germany ($ 1.919 billion) exported over $28.050 billion (70%) worth of products to the Islamic Republic of Iran in the same period.
