Tehran (FT): Iran Chamber of Guilds has made it mandatory for its members to issue paper receipts for all wholesale or retail purchases as well as imported items. The announcement was made by the head of Iran Chamber of Guilds, Ali Fazeli, in a letter to guild unions. The decision was made in compliance with a decree by the Headquarters to Combat Smuggling of Goods and Foreign Exchange, Mehr News Agency reported.
