Central Bank of Iran announced that the country's inflation rate in the last Iranian year 1393 stood at 15.6% compared with the year 1392. The CBI announcement said that the price of commodities and services in urban areas in the said year stood at 15,6%. It said that inflation rose up by 16.2 percent compared to the same month (Esfand) last year.
