The latest statistics of the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA) show­ed that Iran’s foreign trade volume in the first eight month of the Iranian year 1399 (Mar.20 –Novem­ber 20) has reached $44.580 billion, that is 19% less than in the first eight month of 1398.

The volume of exports of non-oil goods (excluding crude oil, fuel oil and kerosene and also with­out considering exports of luggage trade) in the same period val­­­ued at $21.448 billion (-20%).  China ($5,351 mil­li­on), Iraq ($5,351? million), the United Arab Emi­rates ($2,725 mil­li­on), Tur­key ($1,618 milli­on)  and Afgha­nistan ($ 1,518 mil­li­on) were Iran’s five ma­jor ex­port destina­tions, which account­ed for 77% in total. 

Iran imported goods valued at $23.132 billion (-19%) in the first eight month of the Ira­nian year. Accor­dingly, China ($ 5,977 million), the Uni­ted Arab Emirates ($ 5,436 mil­lion), Tur­key ($ 2,606 mllion), India ($ 1,429 million) and Germany ($ 1,154 million) ex­ported  $16.602 billion (72%)  worth of products to the Islamic Republic of Iran in the same period.
