Update: Iran exported non-oil products worth 36.350 billion US-Dollar (+2%) during the ten month period from March 21 to January 20, according to Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA). The country saw a (non-oil) trade surplus of 678 million US-Dollar in this ten month. 34% (+25%) of the non-oil export products were petrochemicals, 8% (-46%) liquefied gases and 58% (+5%) were other products. China was the most important importer of non-oil products from Iran ($7.524 bln, +5%). Irak ($7.515 bln, +45%), United Arab Emirates ($5.313 bln, +2%), Afghanistan ($2.533 bln, +12%) and Turkey ($2.026 bln, +21%) were the other main export markets of Iranian non-oil goods during the ten-month period.
Iran imported $35.672 bln of non-oil products in the mentioned time span, with 19 percent fall from the US-$ figure of last year period. Corn as livestock food valued at $1,618 mln, auto parts for production of motor cars (14-30% production in Iran, except tyres, and motors less than 2000 cc,) worth $1,266 mln, rice worth $1.102 mln, soy bean valued at $975 mln and soya cake ($493 million) were the major imported products. China ($8.905 bln, -15%), UAE ($5.456 bln, -32%), Turkey (2.038 bln, -24%), Germany ($2.018 bln, -16%) and India ($1.927 bln, +2%) were the main exporters of goods to Iran during the ten month period.
