- Refunding the customs duties paid by the producers for the imported raw materials and machineries

In the second part of the policy package, the following incentives have been offered by IRICA:

- Providing on-site valuations services for the Iranian producers at their own premises
- Establishing dedicated warehouses for the producers
- Cutting back on customs formalities regarding the clearance of raw materials imported by the producers
- Processing the importation of raw materials through the green and yellow routes
- Non-stop clearance of goods imported by the producers
