Iran's non-oil foreign trade during the first four month of the current fiscal year (March 21-July 22) stood at $28,915 billion.  Exports hit $14.605 billion during the four month to July 22 to re­gis­ter a 7,5% decline in US$ value year-on-year.  Imports amounted to $14.310 billion, down 6.6% in US$ value over last year’s correspon­ding period.  IRICA data also show that the exports and imports in Euro regis­te­red a growth of 1.2% resp. 2.2%.

Main Destinations of non-oil exports

Iran’s top export destinations were China with $ 3.627 billion, Iraq with $2.889 billion, Turkey with $2.360 billion, the UAE with $1.359 billion and Afghanistan with $733 million during the period under review.  By “non-oil”, IRICA refers to all commodities, except crude oil. Therefore, oil-driven products and byproducts, as well as petrochemical products, are still categorized as non-oil. 

Main Exporters to Iran

Major exporters to Iran during the first quarter of the current Iranian year were China ($3.450 billion) , the UAE ($2.257 billion), Turkey ($1.772 billion), India ($1.645 billion) and Germany with $678 billion.
