Tehran, Nov 6, IRNA - Iran's Technical and Vocational University and Germany's Leipzig Uni­ver­sity sealed MoU on improving industry and academic cooperation.  

'The MoUs signed between two countries focused on training managers and innovation in car in­dustry,' the managing director of the public relations office of Technical and Vocational Uni­ver­sity Saeed Najafi Zangeneh said on Monday.  Meanwhile, professor of Leipzig University poin­ted to exchange of knowledge and experience, presenting required training courses to de­ve­lop scientific activities between Iranian and German universities as main objectives of coope­ration. Leipzig University is one of the world's oldest universities and the second-oldest univer­si­ty (by consecutive years of existence) in Germany. It originally comprised the four scholastic faculties. Since its inception, the university has engaged in teaching and research for over 600 years with­out interruption.
