Iran’s crude exports to the British and French companies have been suspended, an Oil Ministry spokesman said here on Sunday.

According to a report by the ministry’s Public Relations Department, Ali Reza Nikzad-Rahbar added that Oil Minister Rostam Qasemi had already announced the suspension of oil supplies to the British and French firms. Stating that Iran has no problem with its oil sales and exports, Nikzad-Rahbar pointed out, “We have our own customers and replaced British and French companies with other firms.”   “Only 18 percent of Iranian oil exports are bounded for Europe,” he said.
