The latest statistics of Iran Customs demonstrates that Islamic Republic of Iran has exchanged 94 billion and 564 million dollars of goods with foreign countries during the past 11 months of current Iranian year (started on March 21, 2014)

Based on the report of the Public relations office of Iran Customs, the IT department of Iran Cus­toms reported that during the past 11 months of current Iranian year, 46 billion and 306 mil­lion dollars of goods were exported and 48 billion and 258 million dollars of goods were im­ported into our country.  According to this report, the main point regarding to the foreign trade statistics of our country in 11 months is an increase of 22.05 percent in the value of exports against a growth of 12.30 percent in the value of imports which shows a remarkable growth of exports’ value comparing with imports’ value.

The main non-oil exports of our country included liquefied propane, liquefied butane, metha­nol, film grade poly ethylene and bitumen and the main importers were China, Iraq, United Arab Emirates, Afghanistan and India respectively.

The main imports of our country consisted of wheat with share of 4.60 percent, internal com­bus­tion piston engine vehicles with cylinder capacity of more than 1500cc with 3.66 percent, corn with 3.31 percent, rice with 2.68 percent and soy bean meal with share of 2.04 percent and the main countries exported goods to Iran were China, UAE, South Korea, Turkey and India respectively.
