Eurostat: EU27-Iran foreign trade in the first ten month of the year 2025 generated 3,098 million Euro (-18%). The 27 EU coun­tries ex­por­ted goods worth € 2,440 million Euro (-21%) to Iran and impor­ted goods worth 658 mil­lion Euro (-7%). Ger­­many was the most important EU trade partner of Iran, with a trade volume of 982 mil­lion Euro, followed by the Ne­therlands (488 mil­li­on Euro) and Italy (462 milli­on Euro). 3789

The European Union (EU27) export of goods to Iran from January to October of the year 2025 stood at 2,440 mil­­lion Euro, that is 21% less compared to the first nine month of the year 2024. Accor­ding to the latest data by Eurostat, the sta­­tis­tical office of the European Uni­on, 33% of the EU exports to Iran came from Germany that de­livered   goods worth 795 million Euro, that was 25% less than in the first ten month of year 2024. Second (18%) were the Netherlands with exports worth 436 million Euro (-6%), fol­lowed by Italy (342 million Euro, -18%), France (188 million Euro, -13%) and Belgium (159 million Euro, -38%).

From January to October 2025 the 27 EU countries imported goods worth 658 million Euro from Iran   (-7%). Most of the Ira­nian exports to the European Union (28%) went to Germany, which im­ported goods worth 187 million Euro from Iran (+9%) followed by Italy with (120 million Euro, -27%) and Spain (83 million Euro, +26%).
