Iran’s non-oil trade stood at $ 66.272 billion in the first seven month the year 1404 (March 20-March 20), according to the data released by the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA), that is 10% less than in the first seven month of the year before.
The export volume of non-oil goods (excluding crude oil, fuel oil and kerosene and also without considering exports of luggage trade) in the first seven month of the year 1404 valued at $32.024 billion, while the imports valued at $34.248 billion. During the mentioned period, the exports decreased by 2% in terms of value and the imports decreased by 16 percent, as compared to the first seven month of the year 1403.
China (8,228 Million US-Dollar), Iraq (5,823 Million US-Dollar), the United Arab Emirates UAE (4,500 Million US-Dollar), Turkey (3,714 Million US-Dollar) and Afghanistan (1.405 Million US-Dollar) were the top five countries for exports in the first seven month of the year 1404.
The UAE (10.554 Million US-Dollar), China (9,247 Million US-Dollar), Turkey (5,362 Million US-Dollar), India (1,185 Million US-Dollar) and Germany (1,042 Million US-Dollar and were the top five sources of import.
The transit volume reached 12.5 million tons, 6% more than in the first seven month of the previous year.
