Iran’s non-oil trade stood at $ 34.176 billion in the first four month the year 1404 (March 20-March 20), according to the data released by the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA), that is 10% less than in the first four month of the year before.
The export volume of non-oil goods (excluding crude oil, fuel oil and kerosene and also without considering exports of luggage trade) in the first four month of the year 1404 valued at $16.549 billion, while the imports valued at $17.627 billion in the first four months of this year. During the mentioned period, the exports decreased by 6 percent in terms of value and the imports decrease by 14 percent, as compared to the first four month of the year 1403.
China (4,561 Million US-Dollar), Iraq (2,944 Million US-Dollar), the United Arab Emirates UAE (2,123 Million US-Dollar), Turkey (1,667 Million US-Dollar) and Afghanistan (709 Million US-Dollar) were the top five export destinations of Iranian non-oil goods in the first four month of the year 1404.
The UAE (5,414 Million US-Dollar), China (4,588 Million US-Dollar), Türkei (2.595 Million US-Dollar), India (669 Million US-Dollar) and Germany (628 Million US-Dollar and were the top five sources of import.
The transit volume reached 6.6 million tons, 13% less than in the first four month of the previous year.
