The Statistical Center of Iran has released a new report on inflation in the third month of the year 1404 (started March 20). According to the latest data, the annualized inflation for the month under review (Khordad) increased to 34.5%.
In terms of year-on-year CPI rise, ”health services” with 45.4% saw the highest among 12 groups of goods and services; followed by “food and beverages“ with 42.4%. The Consumer Price Index was reported at 348.1 indicating a 39.4% rise compared to the same month of the year before.
