Iran’s non-oil trade stood at $ 16.712 billion in the first two month the year 1404 (March 20-March 20), according to the data released by the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA), that is 3% less than in the first two month of the year before.
The export volume of non-oil goods (excluding crude oil, fuel oil and kerosene and also without considering exports of luggage trade) in the first two month of the year 1404 valued at $8.241 billion, while the imports valued at $8.471 billion in the first two months of this year. During the mentioned period, the exports decreased by 0.1 percent in terms of value and the imports decrease by 8 percent, as compared to the first two month of the year 1403.
China (2,425 Million US-Dollar), Iraq (1,500 Million US-Dollar), the United Arab Emirates UAE (1,094 Million US-Dollar), Turkey (673 Million US-Dollar) and Afghanistan (374 Million US-Dollar) were the top five export destinations of Iranian non-oil goods in the first two month of the year 1404.
The UAE (2,596 Million US-Dollar), China (2,206 Million US-Dollar), Turkey (1,367 Million US-Dollar), Germany (308 Million US-Dollar and India (291 Million US-Dollar) were the top five sources of import.
The transit volume reached 3.6 million tons, 1% less than in the first two month of the previous year.
