Iran’s non-oil trade stood at $72.029 billion during the first seven month of the year 1403 (March 20-March 20), according to the data released by the Isla­mic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA), that is 11% more than in the first seven month of the year before.

The export volume of non-oil goods (excluding crude oil, fuel oil and kerosene and also without con­sidering exports of luggage trade) in the first seven month of the year 1403 valued at $32.529 billi­on, while the im­ports valued at $39.500 billion in the first seven month of this year. During the mentioned pe­ri­od, the exports improved by 15 percent in terms of value and the imports improved by 9 percent, as compared to the first seven month of the year 1402. 

China (8,603 Million US-Dollar), Iraq (7,288 Million US-Dollar), the United Arab Emirates UAE (4,206 Mil­­lion US-Dollar), Turkey (3,319 Million US-Dollar) and Afghanistan (1,325 Million US-Dollar) were the top five export desti­na­ti­ons of Iranian non-oil goods in the first seven month of the year 1403.

The UAE (12,001 Million US-Dollar), China (10,219 Million US-Dollar), Turkey (6,559 Million US-Dol­lar), Germany (1,422 million US-Dollar and Russia  (958 Million US-Dollar) were the top five sources of im­port.

The transit volume reached 13,239 million tons, 42% more than in the same period of the previous year.
