Iran’s non-oil trade stood at $17.098 billion during the first two month of the year 1403 (March 20-March 20), according to the data released by the Isla­mic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA), that is 7% more than in the first two month of the year before.

The export volume of non-oil goods (excluding crude oil, fuel oil and kerosene and also without con­sidering exports of luggage trade) in the first two month of the year 1403 valued at $8.022 billi­on, while the im­ports valued at $9.076 billion in the first two month of the year before. During the mentioned pe­ri­od, the exports improved by 4 percent in terms of value and the imports improved by 9 percent, as compared to the first two month of the year 1402. 

China (2,193 Million US-Dollar), Iraq (1,584 Million US-Dollar), the United Arab Emirates UAE (1,080 Mil­­lion US-Dollar), Turkey (729 Million US-Dollar) and Pakistan (383 Million US-Dollar) were the top five export desti­na­ti­ons of Iranian non-oil goods in the first two month of the year 1403.

The UAE (2,741 Million US-Dollar), China (2,607 Million US-Dollar), Turkey (1,107 Million US-Dol­lar), Germany (328 million US-Dollar and India  (249 Million US-Dollar) were the top five sources of im­port.

The transit volume reached 3.641 million tonnes, 56% more than in the same period of the previous year.
