Iran’s non-oil trade stood at $5.911 billion during the first month of the year 1403 (March 20-March 20), according to the data released by the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA), that is 14% less than in the first month of the year before.
The export volume of non-oil goods (excluding crude oil, fuel oil and kerosene and also without considering exports of luggage trade) in the first month of the year 1403 valued at $3.173 billion, while the imports valued at $2.738 billion in the first month of the year before. During the mentioned period, the export dropped by 17 percent in terms of value and the imports dropped by 11 percent, as compared to the first month of the year 1402.
China (977 Million US-Dollar), Iraq (581 Million US-Dollar), the United Arab Emirates (UAE) (418 Million US-Dollar), Turkey (241 Million US-Dollar) and Pakistan (152 Million US-Dollar) were the top five export destinations of Iranian non-oil goods in the first month of the year 1403.
The UAE (816 Million US-Dollar), China (554 Million US-Dollar), Turkey (328 Million US-Dollar), India (162 Million US-Dollar) and Germany (106 Million US-Dollar) were the top five sources of import.
