The last statistic of the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA) shows that Iran’s foreign trade volume in the first nine month of the year 1401 (Mar. 21 – Dec. 21 2022) has reached 78.849 billion US-Dollar, that is 10% more than in the first nine month of the Iranian year 1400.
The export volume of non-oil goods (excluding crude oil, fuel oil and kerosene and also without considering exports of luggage trade) in the first nine month of the year 1401 valued at 36.240 billion US-Dollar (+4%). China ($ 11,509 million), Iraq ($5,242 million), the United Arab Emirates ($ 4,481 million), Turkey ($ 3,821 million) and India ($ 1,411 million) were Iran’s five major export destinations, which accounted for 73% in total.
Iran imported goods valued at 42.609 billion US-Dollar (+15%) in the first nine month of the year 1401. Accordingly, the United Arab Emirates ($ 12,945 million), China ($ 11,219 million), Turkey ($ 4,460 million), India ($ 2,153 million) and Germany ($ 1.312 million) together exported goods worth $32,089 billion (75%) to the Islamic Republic of Iran in the same period.
