Eurostat:   EU27-Iran foreign trade from January till October 2022 generated 4,367 mil­­li­on Euro.

The 27 EU coun­­­tries exported goods worth € 3,477 million Euro (+13%) to Iran and im­por­­­ted goods worth € 890 million (+21%). Germany was the most important EU trade part­­ner of Iran, with a trade vol­ume of 1,601 million Euro, fol­lowed by Italy (556 million Euro) and the Netherlands (352 mil­lion Euro).

The European Union (EU27) export of goods to Iran in the first ten month of the year 2022 stood at 3,477 mill­i­­on Euro, an in­crea­se of 13% com­­pared to January-October 2021. Ac­­cor­­­ding to the la­test da­ta by Euro­stat, the sta­tis­tical of­fice of the European Uni­on, 39% of the EU ex­­ports to Iran ca­me from Ger­­­many that de­­­li­ve­red goods worth 1,366 mil­­lion Euro, that was 18% more than in the first ten month of the year 2021. Second (12%) was Italy with ex­ports worth 425 mil­­li­on Euro (+21%), fol­lowed by the Nether­lands (304 mil­lion Euro, -17%), France (264 million Euro, +51%), Romania (209 million Euro, -8 %) and Belgium (203 million Euro, +10%).

From January till October 2022 the 27 EU countries imported goods worth 890 mil­li­on Euro from Iran (+21%).  Most of the Iranian ex­ports to the Eu­­ro­pean Union (26%) went to Ger­­­many, which im­ported goods worth 235 mil­­lion Euro from Iran (+4%), fol­­lowed by Italy (131 mi­l­li­on Euro, -12%), Spain (120 million Euro, +72%), Romania (79 million Euro, +47%) and Bul­ga­ria (74 million Euro, +60%).
