The last statistic of the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA) shows that Iran’s foreign trade volume in the first six month of the year 1401 (Mar. 21 – Sept. 22 2022) has reached 50.282 billion US-Dollar, that is 13% more than in the first half of the Iranian year 1400.
The export volume of non-oil goods (excluding crude oil, fuel oil and kerosene and also without considering exports of luggage trade) in the first half of the year 1401 valued at 24.251 billion US-Dollar (+13%). China ($ 7,842 million), Iraq ($3,382 million), the United Arab Emirates ($ 3,112 million), Turkey ($ 2,626 million) and India ($ 904 million) were Iran’s five major export destinations, which accounted for 74% in total.
Iran imported goods valued at 26.031 billion US-Dollar (+13%) in the first six month of the year 1401. Accordingly, the United Arab Emirates ($ 7,206 million), China ($ 6,846 million), Turkey ($ 2,680 million), India ($ 1,380 million) and Russia ($ 876 million) together exported goods worth $18.988 billion (73%) to the Islamic Republic of Iran in the same period.
