The last statistics of the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA) show that Iran’s foreign trade volume in the Iranian year 1400 (Mar.21 2021- Mar.20 2022) has reached $101.632 billion, that is 38% more than in the year 1399.
The export volume of non-oil goods (excluding crude oil, fuel oil and kerosene and also without considering exports of luggage trade) in the last year 1400 valued at $48.619 billion (+40%). China ($14,323 million), Iraq ($8,916 million), Turkey ($6,087 million), the United Arab Emirates ($4,929 million) and Afghanistan ($ 1.839 million) were Iran’s five major export destinations, which accounted for 74% in total.
Iran imported goods valued at $53.013 billion (+36%) in the last Iranian year 1400. Accordingly, the United Arab Emirates ($ 16,534 million), China ($ 12,744 million), Turkey ($ 5,299 million), Germany ($ 1.924 million) and Russia ($ 1.665 million) together exportted $38.166 billion (72%) worth of products to the Islamic Republic of Iran in the same period.
