The latest statistics of the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA) show¬s that Iran’s foreign trade volume in the first eight month of the Iranian year 1400 (Mar.21- Nov. 21) has reached $63.132 billion, that is 40% more than in the first eight month of 1399. The volume of exports of non-oil goods (excluding crude oil, fuel oil and kerosene and also without considering exports of luggage trade) in the first eight month valued at $31.100 billion (+42%). China ($9,078 million), Irak (6,133), Turkey ($3,768 million), the United Arab Emirates ($2,935 million),and Afghanistan ($ 1.271 million) were Iran’s five major export destinations, which accounted for 75% in total. Iran imported goods valued at $32.032 billion (+39%) in the first eight month of the Ira¬nian year 1400. Accordingly, the United Arab Emirates ($ 10,077 million), China ($ 7,217 million), Turkey ($ 3,243 million), Germany ($ 1.207 million) and Switzerland ($ 1.108 million) together exported $22.852 billion (71%) worth of products to the Islamic Republic of Iran in the same period.
