Parliamentarians on Tuesday passed a law to make it compulsory for foreign nationals based in Iran to have casualty insurance during their stay in Iran. According to Risknew.ir, the Central Insurance of Iran, the biggest regulatory body of the industry, is in charge of pricing the policies for expats while Management and Planning Organization will approve the rates.
