The latest statistics of the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA) shows that Iran’s foreign trade volume in the first seven month of the Iranian year 1400 (Mar.21- October 22) has reached $54.813 billion, that is 43% more than in the first seven month of 1399.
The volume of exports of non-oil goods (excluding crude oil, fuel oil and kerosene and also without considering exports of luggage trade) in the first seven month valued at $27.074 billion (+47%). China ($7,689 million), Irak (5,483), Turkey ($3,397 million), the United Arab Emirates ($2,590 million), and Afghanistan ($ 1.126 million) were Iran’s five major export destinations, which accounted for 75% in total.
Iran imported goods valued at $27.739 billion (+39%) in the first seven month of the Iranian year 1400. Accordingly, the United Arab Emirates ($ 8,596 million), China ($ 6,107 million), Turkey ($ 2,861 million), Germany ($ 1.039 million) and Switzerland ($ 1.035 million) together exported $16.587 billion (70%) worth of products to the Islamic Republic of Iran in the same period.
