The latest statistics of the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA) show­s that Iran’s foreign trade volume in the first five month of the Iranian year 1400 (Mar.21- August 22) has reached $34.292 bil­lion, that is 39% more than in the first five month of the year 1399.

The volume of exports of non-oil goods (excluding crude oil, fuel oil and kerosene and also with­out considering exports of luggage trade) in the first five month val­­­ued at $17.661 billion (+65%). Chi­na ($5,901 mil­li­on), Irak (3,163) the United Arab Emi­rates ($1,912 million), Tur­key ($1,107 mil­­li­­on) and Afgha­nistan ($ 855 mil­li­on) were Iran’s five ma­jor ex­port destina­tions, which ac­coun­t­ed for 73% in total. 

Iran imported goods valued at $16.631 billion (+21%) in the first five month of the Ira­nian year 1400. Accor­ding­ly, the Uni­­ted Arab Emirates ($ 5,391 mil­lion), China ($ 3,609 million), Tur­key ($ 1,794 million), Germany ($ 668 million) and Switzerland ($ 572 million) together ex­ported  $12.034 billion (72%)  worth of products to the Isla­mic Republic of Iran in the same period.
