The Statistical Center of Iran (SCI) announced that the inflation rate in the twelve-month period ended on January 20, which marks the end of the tenth Iranian calendar month of dey stood at 42.4 percent,  less 1.0 percentage points from the figure for the twelve-month period ended on the last day of the ninth month.

The Point-to-Point inflation in the Ira­­nian month to January 20, indicated a 35.9% rise com­­­pa­­red with the similar month of the previous Iranian year;  that was 0.7 percentage point more than the figure for the previous month.

Eurostat:   EU27-Iran Foreign trade from January till November 2021 generated 4,334 mil­li­on Euro.

The 27 EU coun­­­tries exported goods worth € 3,501 million Euro (+4%) to Iran and im­por­­ted goods worth € 833 million (+26%). Germany was the most important EU trade part­ner of Iran, with a trade vol­ume of 1,563 million Euro, fol­lowed by Italy (556 million Euro) and the Ne­ther­lands (435 mil­lion Euro).

The European Union (EU27) export of goods to Iran in January till November 2021 stood at 3,501 mill­i­on Euro, an in­crea­se of 4% com­­pared to January till November 2020. Ac­cor­ding to the la­test da­ta by Euro­stat, the sta­tis­tical of­fice of the European Union, 38% of the EU ex­­ports to Iran ca­me from Ger­­­many that de­­­li­ve­red goods worth € 1,314 million, that was 4% less than in the first eleven month of 2020. Second (11%) were the Nether­lands with ex­ports worth € 402 mil­­li­on  (+22%), fol­lowed by Italy (€ 393 million, -23%) and Romania (€ 271 million, +705%).

From January till November 2021 the 27 EU countries imported goods worth € 833 mil­li­on from Iran (+26%).  Most of the Iranian ex­ports to the Eu­­ro­pean Union (30%) went to Germany, which im­ported goods worth 249 mil­­lion from Iran (+2%), fol­­lowed by Italy (€ 163 million, +71%)  and Spain (€ 85 million, +63%), Belgium (€ 63 million, +98%) and Romania (€ 62 million, +127%). 

Von Januar bis November 2021 betrug der deutsch-iranische Außenhandel 1.600 Millionen Euro und lag damit im Ver­gleich zum Vorjahreszeitraum 1% niedriger.  Deutschland lieferte Wa­­­ren im Wert von 1.314 Milli­o­nen Euro (-4%); die iranischen Lieferungen nach Deutschand  lagen mit 286 Mio. Euro 13% höher als im Vorjahreszeitraum.

 Wichtigste Warengruppen bei den deutschen Lieferungen nach Iran von Januar bis November 2021 wa­­­ren  Ma­­­schi­­nen, Apparaten und mechanischen Geräte (249  Mio. Eu­ro), Ge­treide (241 Mio. Euro)  gefolgt von pharma­zeu­ti­schen Er­­zeug­nissen (179 Mio. Euro), opti­schen, photo­gra­fi­schen usw. Er­zeug­­nissen (107 Mio. Eu­ro), elek­tro­­tech­­ni­schen Er­zeug­nissen (74 Mio. Euro) sowie verschiedenen Erzeugnissen der chemischen Industrie (67 Mio. Euro).  Beachtenswert sind auch die hohen Lieferungen von Tabak im Wert von 61 Mio. Euro (Platz 6).

Die iranischen Liefe­run­gen nach Deutschland von Januar bis November setz­ten sich u.a. zu­sam­­men aus ge­niess­baren Früch­­­­­­­ten und Nüssen im Wert von 120 Mio. Eu­­ro, ande­ren Waren tie­­ri­schen Ur­­­­­­­sprungs (Häu­te und Schafs­­därmen, 43 Mio. Eu­ro), Eisen und Stahl (27 Mio. Euro), pharma­zeu­­ti­schen Er­zeug­nis­sen (27 Mio  Eu­ro), Teppi­chen (19 Mio. Euro) sowie Schellack, Gummen, Harz, Pflanzensaft (14 Mio. Euro).

The latest statistics of the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA) shows that Iran’s foreign trade volume in the first nine month of the Iranian year 1400 (Mar.21- Dec. 21) has reached $72.083 billion, that is 38% more than in the first nine month of 1399.

The volume of exports of non-oil goods (excluding crude oil, fuel oil and kerosene and also without considering exports of luggage trade) in the first nine month valued at $35.141 billion (+40%). China ($10,204 million), Irak (6,781), Turkey ($4,131 million), the Uni­ted Arab Emirates ($3,434 million),and Afghanistan ($ 1.412 million) were Iran’s five ma­jor export destinations, which accounted for 74% in total.

Iran imported goods valued at $36.942 billion (+37%) in the first nine month of the Ira­ni­an year 1400. Accordingly, the United Arab Emirates ($ 11,497 million), China ($ 8,408 million), Turkey ($ 3,697 million), Germany ($ 1.363 million) and Switzerland ($ 1.265 mil­li­on) together exported $26.230 billion (71%) worth of products to the Islamic Republic of Iran in the same period.
