Iran’s non-oil trade stood at $58.331 billion during the first six month of the year 1403 (March 20-March 20), according to the data released by the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA), that is 6.5% more than in the first six month of the year before.
The export volume of non-oil goods (excluding crude oil, fuel oil and kerosene and also without considering exports of luggage trade) in the first six month of the year 1403 valued at $25.758 billion, while the imports valued at $32.573 billion in the first six month of this year. During the mentioned period, the exports improved by 6,5 percent in terms of value and the imports improved by 6.6 percent, as compared to the first six month of the year 1402.
China (7,169 Million US-Dollar), Iraq (5,210 Million US-Dollar), the United Arab Emirates UAE (3,423 Million US-Dollar), Turkey (2,394 Million US-Dollar) and Afghanistan (1,076 Million US-Dollar) were the top five export destinations of Iranian non-oil goods in the first six month of the year 1403.
The UAE (9,983 Million US-Dollar), China (8,464 Million US-Dollar), Turkey (5,117 Million US-Dollar), Germany (1,222 million US-Dollar and Russia (797 Million US-Dollar) were the top five sources of import.
The transit volume reached 11,516 million tons, 49% more than in the same period of the previous year.
